The staff was both professional and friendly. The room was impeccably clean and modern with all the amenities of a well stocked modern suite (including stacking washer and dryer, dishwasher). Excellent accommodation and solid value for the money. We would definitely stay there again.

We were very pleasantly surprised with the great kitchen facilities and certainly didn't expect a washer and dryer! The decor was great and we appreciated being able to remain in the room past check out time until one of our party could be picked up by family.
We don't like the food at Denny's so didn't even go there... How can you make an egg taste like plastic?

It was very convenient to a concert that we were attending. It is new and fresh. The front desk fellow was very helpful.
The cover on the bed was so heavy it felt like you had bricks on top of you and couldn't move. I wouldn't stay there again without bringing my own top bedding. We also felt that the price was a little much for the end of November when there was no one staying there....not busy at all. It was cheaper to book through Booked.net then directly though.

The hotel is very modern and the suites are beautifully appointed and large. Price is reasonable. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.
The poor quality of hygiene paper (toilet paper, kleenex), towels were not luxurious, no hair dryer or bathrobes in the room . Such a beautiful hotel should have those.
